Survey: Tech executives say cloud computing and security are top priority

In a survey with the CNBC Technology Executive Council, more than 85% of TEC members say cloud computing and security is critically important for their business. The consensus is cyber security and protecting IP from China and other actors should be a top priority for the newly elected Congress.
