An overwhelming majority of cybersecurity hiring managers (91%) have onboarded entry- and junior-level candidates in the past two years, according to new (ISC)² research. Facing an acute shortage of qualified cybersecurity professionals, hiring managers are using this practice and other creative approaches to build successful cybersecurity teams.
